I guess complaints don't meet the guidelines. That's a nice way of only having good ratings... filter the bad ones out! I was only looking for a solution but I guess it makes more sense to you that a customer throws a product away than fixing it... TERRIBLE PRACTICE and NOT ECO FRIENDLY.

Customer service over the phone sucks! Doesn’t sound like they care about the reason you’re calling or be bothered to figure out anything. Tried talking to the lady just to be cut off and then conversation ended. Do better bro!

The Warehouse Warkworth. Absolutely disgusting that the changing room locks have been broken for several months. When I have asked when they are getting fixed, the answer 'Don't know, we don't have anyone to fix them'. How is this safe for any female????

Appalling customer service. Large item arrived damaged and what should have been a simple returns procedure took 10 days of continual emails and call to get them to accept the return and arrange collection. Still no response to emails asking when a replacement will be sent. Would never order a large item from them again .
