Great place to get building and trade supplies. The trade staff at Bunnings Warehouse Manukau are very professional, quick and efficient. Orders are usually ready for pick-up on time, and the delivery service can also be very fast when needed. Always a smooth and reliable experience when dealing with the trade team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We regularly buy materials from Bunnings Manukau for our new builds and renovation projects, and we’ve always had a great experience. They have a wide range of products, and the items we need are usually readily available. The trade staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with, and the front desk team is always happy to assist with finding the right products. Great service and a very convenient place for tradespeople. Highly recommended!

Bunnings Manukau is genuinely one of the best hardware stores around in terms of range and availability. The store is massive, well-organised, and has just about everything you could need—whether you’re doing a small home repair, a full renovation, or a trade-level job. The shelves are well-stocked, and the layout makes it easy to browse once you get familiar with it. You can spend hours here and still come out with new ideas for your next project. But as much as I love the store itself, the customer service is where it falls short—big time. It’s incredibly difficult to find staff on the floor when you need help. More often than not, they’re either walking away quickly or seem to vanish into thin air when you start heading toward them. It feels like you’re on a bit of a mission just to track someone down. And even when you do manage to get someone’s attention, the help you get is hit or miss. Sometimes you get a knowledgeable team member, but other times the answers are vague, rushed, or just plain unhelpful. It’s a shame because with a store this good, you’d expect the service to match. If Bunnings Manukau could sort out the staffing issue—either by having more people available or ensuring the ones on duty are more approachable and informed—it would easily be a five-star experience. For now, it’s a great place to shop if you already know what you’re looking for. If you need advice or assistance, prepare to be patient… and maybe bring a compass.

Horrendous service. Staff standing around in groups chatting. Zero service. Asked 3 different staff for a bag of rags.. not in the areas they told me. No one could be bothered walking with me to find them until the 4th person.. an older guy. Unreal. Waste of my time.

I had an excellent experience at Bunnings Manukau thanks to Miraj. He went above and beyond by helping load and push the very heavy trolley all the way to our ute, and then assisting with unloading everything into the vehicle. His friendly attitude, willingness to help, and outstanding customer service made the whole experience so much easier. It's staff members like Miraj who make customers want to come back. Thank you, Miraj, for your professionalism and kindness. Bunnings Manukau is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member.
