Shopping here is a breeze because you know they genuinely put customers first—you can talk to them about anything with total peace of mind and always make the right choice. They are a truly trustworthy store. I'll definitely keep supporting them down the track!

Staff members are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Have many items in-stock. Click-and-collect are also fast and efficient. They have plenty of their own parking spaces. They also have 1 parking space where you can charge your EV, provided by Jolt. Getting out to Richmond Road can be quite challenging depending on the time of the day, as traffic flow on that road is often really heavy.

Bella at Ponsoby store is hands down the best staff member I’ve come across. Super professional, knows exactly what she’s talking about, and actually takes the time to help instead of rushing you off. What stood out is how friendly and patient she is — you don’t feel like you’re “just another customer.” She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, which is rare these days. Genuinely the nicest and most helpful person I’ve met in-store. If you get help from Bella, you’re in good hands.

I drove all the way from New Lynn to Ponsonby for this product as advertised on the website and when I get on site staff member showed me the product but it looked completely different and misleading to what is being advertised as showing in the photo. What a waste of time. and After I showed the advertised product on their website the staff member was saying yeah, it’s the same one. I told him, obviously it’s not why he kept saying that’s all we have as the same one honestly that’s ridiculous.

I've recently moved to the area and have bought quiet a few things from them. I have to say their staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This is not something I would usually write a review about but they are really good. We also had an issue with a hose that was faulty and they were really good with sorting that out
