Had a very good shopping experience at Briscoes St Lukes. The store is well organised, spacious, and offers a huge variety of quality household products under one roof. From kitchenware, bedding, curtains, towels, cookware, and small appliances to storage items, home décor, luggage, and outdoor products, there is always a great selection available. One of the best things about shopping here is the frequent sales and promotions, which make many good quality items more affordable and worthwhile. The staff are friendly, approachable, and happy to assist when needed. The store layout is clean and easy to navigate, making shopping comfortable even during busy times. Parking is also convenient with plenty of spaces available nearby, which adds to the overall stress-free experience. A great place in Auckland for household shopping, gifts, and everyday essentials with good variety and reliable quality.

Very poor customer service. Unprofessional staff not attentive doesn't care about customer, never available to help in store or over the phone. I called today to check the status of my order and the lady at the check out rude and unprofessional. Raised with the store manager Lisa and hope proper training will be arranged for the staff with an apology.

The store close at 5:30 not 6pm on Friday Update the damn opening hours on Google Map! Stop wasting others time!

I had a very positive experience with the customer service team. The return process was simple and efficient. Darrly (Supervisor) was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. He assisted me by updating my exchange even after the expiry date had passed. Thank you to Darrly and the entire team for your excellent service.

♿ Updated renovated not the wear and tear tired looking old briscoes building. Good parking with ♿ parking and accessibility. They have fantastic sales when they have them on and when it does it can get very busy. They have a pick up counter and also they accept afterpay as a payment.
