Stone Tile

I was in search of some tiles, and thought I’d stop by Stone Tile. I went to the showroom, which itself it’s nice I guess, but also very confusing. It doesn’t inspire me really at all. It’s like a dark maze of walls instead of a welcoming open space. I thought it would be easier than the website, which is just as dark and useless as the showroom. Nothing about stone tile is easy to navigate, including the staff. Prices are horrid. Plenty of other options in the neighbourhood. Shop around if possible.

Stone Tile makes top quality tiles, no doubt. We enjoyed walking through the showroom. Gabriel helped us understand the vast selection and narrowed it down to a few choice for us to choose from. After the order was placed, we were passed to Joyce on the Customer Experience. Joyce was professional and prompt in responses. I enjoyed working with Stone Tile. My only complaint would be some of the pieces were delayed, introducing some stress and delays in our renovation. My advice is to order things very, very early to ensure delivery.

Beautiful showroom with a fantastic selection of stone, tiles and wood. A thoughtfully curated collection of pieces you won't find elsewhere - not your average selection! Helpful, knowledgeable sales people. Worth a visit if you're looking for something unique for a design/project.

This is a great place to visit to see the huge variety of tiles in different colors and sizes. It felt like a tile museum. Beautifully displayed! The challenge for me was, the prices were not on display and I couldn't find anyone to help me with that.

Great experience working with the team at Stone Tile. A big thank you to Elizabeth for her help and guidance through the process. She helped us pick out tiles that fit our style and matched our budget. And when we ran short (math problems!), the customer service team was there to help right away.
