Very nice clean and organized store. Displays are well laid out. Order desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Weekends it can get busy and I’ve had some problems with getting a proper estimate from the sales staff on the floor. The enclosed loading bay is a nice luxury during the winter. Don’t forget to enjoy the coffee shop by the loading bay.

Hi guys I am contractor for 30 years I was on May 6 purchase schluter tray for shower mortar drain and flange for drain wherever I go there I always wait between 50-1hr to get iven few things so I decided that I will call for order and pay that way I will save my time did You believe ?I come after 35 min the guys from receiving they sad they just get 2 min ago order they not doing order like this so I still wait other 35 min and not get order. Contractors I think we have much more stores to offer schluter and tiles for the same price and service will be max 5-10 min. From my experience im decided I'm never ever go again there it's enough.

Bought over $1000 worth of tile and grout from Centura. Tried to exchange the grout for a different colour after we got home. Even though the grout was unopened and untouched they have a "policy" that they never mentioned to us that they don't exchange grout. Thanks for the heads up!
