I had a very frustrating experience trying to return extra tiles from my project. I brought back four unopened boxes that I didn’t end up needing, well within the 30-day return window. At first, the staff tried to deny the return by claiming it had to be within 30 days — which it clearly was. When I pointed that out, they changed the reason and said they would only process a return if I had at least five boxes. This rule was never mentioned on the receipt or anywhere in their posted return policy. I’ve never heard of a minimum number of boxes required just to process a return. It felt like they were making up excuses on the spot to avoid accepting the return. Honestly, this place has some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Instead of owning their policy and doing the right thing, the staff acted rude, dismissive, and clearly more interested in avoiding a return than helping a customer who followed their own rules. Making up policies that don’t exist and treating customers like they’re the problem is a terrible way to run a business. If this is how they handle something as simple as returning unopened product, I can only imagine how they deal with bigger issues. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before spending their money here.

Unfortunatley, just placed a call to see if open to public. Was placed on hold twice and left due to other incoming calls.... I was an incoming call that had couple questions had they been answered the person answering could have easily moved onto the other calls coming in. The website goes into error to find a retailer. Service from every level matters Daltile. I have sourced other products but wanted to see what you had to offer. Due to your frontline phone persons lack of professionalism and attitude.I would say my dealings with Daltile was a negative experience.

Amazing customer service. Lady that helped me explained what tile we should go with and gave me several options to try out. The quality of the tile is incredible and I’m so happy with how it turned out!
