Porcelanosa Canada

We came to Porcelanosa Toronto because of the exceptional quality and design of their products, but what ultimately impressed us just as much was the extraordinary level of service. Franca, the Showroom Manager and Senior Designer, has been exceptional throughout our entire 2-bath remodel. She guided us from the earliest design decisions and product selections through the countless details of ordering, shipping, contractor coordination, and installation. Her communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to getting everything right have been outstanding. What has impressed us most is that her attentiveness did not end once the products were delivered or installed. Franca continued to follow up afterward to make sure every detail was resolved and that we were completely satisfied with the finished result. Porcelanosa is known for the quality of its products, and in our experience, the quality of the service at the Toronto showroom — particularly from Franca — is every bit as exceptional. We could not recommend her and the Porcelanosa Toronto team more highly.

We had a wonderful experience working with Chanel. She was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and always responsive. What impressed us most was how she handled a last-minute tile shortage. We unexpectedly needed additional tile to keep the project on schedule, and Chanel went above and beyond to source the extra material we needed and make sure we were able to meet our deadline. Her effort and willingness to accommodate us during a stressful, time-sensitive situation made a real difference. We truly appreciated Chanel’s professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. We would highly recommend Chanel and the Porcelanosa Toronto team to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality products and a team that genuinely stands behind their clients.

Excellence!! Franca’s customer service excellence coupled with her design/construction expertise are everything you need to make not only the best choices but the right choices for your project. I am grateful for her guidance on two small spectacular projects.

We were referred by our friend who previously did their home renovation with Porcelanosa. We had a wonderful experience here with our sales rep Franca. She's fast, on the point and she's an expert helping us figure out the best way to get our job done. I found it very important for busy working couples like us (and our friends) as we don't have much time study everything ourselves. We did a two way furnace wrapping and a decorative wall. The job came out fantastic - please disregard my son's toys everywhere, the pieces they look amazing in person.

I had a very disappointing experience with both the product quality and the return policy. There were visible chips and defects on several boxes of tiles, which clearly indicate a quality control issue. Since I did not need full tiles, I ended up using most of the material after my contractor cut and installed them. However, the defects were still clearly present on multiple pieces. At the same time, I was told that returns are only accepted for completely unopened boxes, and that any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with every box individually inspected. This creates an impractical situation: defects can exist inside sealed boxes, yet returns are only allowed if the boxes remain unopened, while also requiring a full inspection within a very short timeframe. When I brought back one unopened box, it was opened in-store and also found to be damaged. I was then told by the salesperson, that I should have inspected everything within 24 hours. In reality, this policy is not realistic for most customers handling larger orders, especially when the material is partially used due to cutting requirements. It effectively places all responsibility on the buyer even when clear quality issues exist. Overall, the combination of product defects and a strict, impractical return policy made this a very frustrating experience.
