I purchased a compressor online, but they don't have any in stock. The staff is acting fast to switch me to another one, as they no longer have the same product I purchased. 3 phone calls within 30 mins to resolve the issue. 5-star service. Keep up the good work team!

Amazing service at Supercheap Auto! Big thanks to Mike and Josh for their excellent customer service. Josh quickly changed my Car tail light bulb and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Mike was very helpful at the counter and sorted everything smoothly.Really appreciate your hard work, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this store👌10/10

1 star. Really disappointing experience. Went in to buy a headlight bulb for my Suzuki Swift and asked for help fitting it. The staff member came out and told me he couldn’t touch the headlight because of “10,000 volts” around that area. I work in the electrical trade myself, so the explanation honestly just left me confused and questioning the level of product knowledge being given. I completely understand if there are store policies, safety reasons, or if it’s a job you can’t do — no issue with that at all. But I’d rather someone be straight up and explain it properly than leave me feeling like the job simply wasn’t wanted. Communication and customer service go a long way.

Went there for a battery check. Lovely people, didn’t pay a cent??? Wth? We are not used to have any kind of free service in this world. But it does say a lot on the goodwill of the establishment. Highly recommend.
