We walked in late this afternoon to AA Auto Hobson Street hoping to get our WOF done on the same day so we could renew our road tax before an upcoming road trip to Rotorua. Steve was incredibly helpful and accommodating. He understood our urgency and managed to fit us in without any hassle. The inspection was done efficiently and professionally, and everything was completed on the spot. What really stood out was his genuine kindness and willingness to help. We truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend AA Auto Hobson Street to anyone needing a reliable WOF or car service.

Fast and honest. Clear communication. Tell you what can wait, what needs doing now. The prices are upfront. Booking is super easy. So glad I tried them, they're my main place going forward.

Before I went I read all the (glowing) reviews, and I’m happy to say they were right! Hands down best service I have received from a mechanic. They are extremely fast, genuine and doing their best to help you. Will 100% come back anytime I need help with my car.

Had an unexpected problem with my car today and they were able to help us the same day. The care and kindness they put for customers is incredible. Thank you again guys, I’m not used to writing reviews but you deserved it 100%.
