Biased and dishonest business. I have provided a review on Trusted Pros Canada's gateway and after providing ample evidence that backed my review of a contractor, they decided not to post it. Please note that Trusted Pros charges contractors a monthly fee to be listed and promoted and this explains why there are almost no negative reviews of any business on Trusted Pros Canada gateway. I recommend everyone to save time and seek out contractors with proven record based on word of mouth. Otherwise, you never know what you'll get from Trusted Pros Canada.

Trusted Pros is not to be trusted, they sent blanket unsolicited emails and charge contractors a monthly fee to be listed and promoted. The results are very biased. Look elsewhere.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ TrustedPros/“Trusted Pros” published a fake review on my business from someone we have never served. I immediately asked them to verify the reviewer (name, project address, dates, scope, any invoice/photos) or remove it. They did neither and never followed up. The text reads like generic AI filler—no specifics, no job details—yet it sits on my profile, damaging a reputation we’ve built over years. This platform behaves like a pay-to-play directory: minimal moderation, weak verification workflow, and a clear bias toward collecting contractor subscription fees over protecting consumers. That’s not trust—that’s negligence. Consumers: do not rely on TrustedPros alone. Cross-check with Google reviews, BBB, permits, and real references. Contractors: think twice before paying for a listing that won’t validate obvious fakes. One star for the listing. Zero for verification and customer support.

He (Joven Janda Singh) came in and couldn't fix my problem and said to renew the whole system boiler system for $12,000. He doesn't know how to troubleshoot and just said to replace the overall system. I had another individual from a different company come in and fix the part for a few hundred dollars. These guys are scammed!! Oh to make it better, if you place a review on their own website, they review it and then decide not to post it if it is a bad review 🤦‍♂️.
