This is a huge store where you can find just about anything. They have building materials, renovation supplies, furniture, home essentials, cleaning products, decor, and many other useful things all in one place. This time I came to the seasonal garden center to buy some flowers for my balcony, and I was happy with the selection. The prices are reasonable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I had to return a defective portable air conditioner through the manufacturer’s warranty process, and Justin made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly easy. Midea approved my warranty claim and issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA), but my original Vissani model was no longer available. Rather than simply offering a basic replacement, Justin worked with us to find the best solution. He applied a generous credit toward an LG Dual Inverter model, which ended up costing us only about $16 more out of pocket. Justin was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. He treated us with respect, explained everything clearly, and turned what could have been a frustrating warranty claim into an excellent customer service experience. We left the store with a significantly better air conditioner, and it’s already cooling our apartment far better than the old one ever did. Justin absolutely earned this review. Thank you for going above and beyond—it was greatly appreciated.

I mostly come here for the garden center or the one off tool, or patio item. This home depot is very clean and organized. Helpful staff. Always a good experience, I like coming to pick things up at this location. Got a few things to be ready for spring.

I recently rented a moving truck from the Home Depot Stockyards location in Toronto, and I wanted to recognize Chris for providing outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly before I left. The rental process was quick, seamless, and stress-free thanks to his attention to detail. It's always refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Chris made the entire experience a positive one, and he's a great representative of the Home Depot team. I come here very frequently and this is probably the best Home Depot I’ve been in. The staff are very kind, helpful, and in my experience, competent. Shout out to Chris, who helped me out extensively with a door purchase and is very knowledgeable, Genevieve who brightened my day with ease (I have to ask about your nail tech again, haha) and Svathaam (am I remembering that right?), who clearly earned all his gold stars. Cant wait to learn more names. Love the staff here!
