Gift cards were not honoured due to being 'expired' despite being within the expiry time frame from the issue date. Customer service was very unhelpful; did not respond for months, then washed their hands of it, and then continued to ignore me. Will not shop at Just Jeans again and will recommend everyone else to avoid their service.

Shehana at the Chadstone Portmans store was such a great customer representative. She was helpful, provided great feedback, helped find appropriate sizes and was friendly and funny. Really great customer service!

Customer service at the Mildura store while purchasing was wonderful, had to order my jeans were to be delivered to my address. Never received my goods, left running around chasing my tail the police, store and post office. No follow up call from all. Online said all deliveries must be signed I have not signed for anything the responsibility therefore surely is theirs.

I ordered from Peter Alexander during their sale. I was sent someone else's products, I had to post on PA Facebook page to get a reply, was now told that half my order is now sold out and I've sent 4 more emails with no response. Not good enough. I'll be taking this further. If I don't get a response on Monday, I'm taking to ACCC.
