I was here today (3 MAY 2026) to get a charger. I am a yearly visitor to Melbourne and I am from Singapore, and I often find myself here whenever I am Chadstone Shopping Centre, because the variety of products here is simply amazing and interesting to browse and/or buy. And the in-store service here has always been great - very pro-active, very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I was deciding between several different laptops and felt quite overwhelmed, but Josh from Microsoft was incredibly patient and took the time to explain the differences between each option in a way that was super easy to understand. He never rushed me and genuinely wanted to help me find the best product that suited my needs. His knowledge and friendly attitude made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Thank you, for going above and beyond, I really appreciate your help and would highly recommend seeking him out if you need help!

I had a really disappointing experience at JB Hi-Fi Chadstone. I visited the store to check out a few iPhones and Google phones, and simply wanted to see the back of the devices to compare colours before making a decision. Since the phones are secured (which is completely understandable), we politely asked one of the staff members if they could unlock them for a moment. What followed was extremely frustrating. Instead of assisting us or even having a basic conversation, the staff seemed uninterested, dismissive, and unwilling to help. They kept giving vague reasons and made no effort to accommodate a very simple request. It honestly felt like we were being judged rather than helped as customers. This wasn’t about asking for something unreasonable—it was about basic customer service. When you’re considering spending a significant amount of money on a phone, you expect at least a minimal level of support and respect. The lack of professionalism, effort, and courtesy from the staff made the entire experience unpleasant. It left a very poor impression, and I would seriously reconsider returning to this store based on how we were treated.

Great value Korean BBQ buffet! $43.8 lunch / $53.8 dinner. Huge variety – Wagyu beef, fresh salmon sashimi, scallops, spicy crayfish, plus hot food and noodle station. Free soft drinks included! Best part: birthday person eats FREE (with ID). Booking essential. Service is quick – they change grill plates regularly. 90-minute session, plenty of time. Just wear dark clothes – it gets splattery! Verdict: Awesome food, great price. Will be back!
