If I could give no stars I would. Do not bother ordering anything online from Kmart as you will probably never get it. They use Couriers Please who absolutely do not follow delivery instructions and they blame Kmart for the error. Kmart then blame the couriers but never follow up and take weeks to contact you or refund your money. Their online delivery service is unreliable and contacting customer service is hours on hold whether you call on the phone or use their AI chat assistant, then you are directed to email and this also takes weeks for them to respond. Kmart do not care about customers and lack any accountability or honesty in their dealings with customers. Please, please don’t waste your time.

This is what I recieved for a click and collect... someone who worked there picked these off the shelf and thought this was ok to sell. 1/2 the product is missing and was written on from 1 of them, 3 were damaged and 2 were acceptable. Raise your standards, how embarrassing for your company and your staff. Gungahlin canberra, go and have a look is a disgusting unpriced mess and walking to a price checker several times is exhausting for someone on Crutches.

I am extremely disappointed with Kmart's customer service and order fulfilment. I ordered an air fryer, but instead received a rice cooker. This was entirely Kmart's mistake—I ordered the correct item and did nothing wrong. Despite this, I was told that I would need to return the incorrect item to a store before receiving a resolution. I do not drive, so asking me to transport a bulky item to a store is completely unreasonable. And would take me 1.5 hrs on two trams and one bus there and other 1.5hrs back. hence why i do delivery. I should not have to rearrange my schedule or incur additional time and expense because Kmart failed to fulfil my order correctly. The responsibility for correcting this mistake rests with Kmart, not the customer. Expecting customers to fix errors made by your staff demonstrates a disappointing lack of accountability and customer care. This experience has been frustrating and has significantly reduced my confidence in shopping with Kmart. I expected a much better level of service when your company made the error.

I ordered two bike two weeks ago and to date have not received them. When I called regarding the order they decided to refund me one of the bikes including the delivery fee and it took a week to receive the part of the refund and I still haven't received the rest of my refund. And still I have no idea when I will receive the bike I had ordered as the tracking isn't working. Terrible system and would recommend people steer clear from online ordering Kmart. I will never buy online from Kmart again and tell everyone I know not to order online from Kmart. There is no support. Very disappointed with such a large organisation.

I understand that under Kmart’s new return policy, a receipt is generally required for returns. My husband recently purchased a work vest but decided he did not like it after bringing it home, so he asked me to return it on his behalf. Unfortunately, he misplaced the receipt. However, the purchase was made using his bank card, and I contacted Kmart to ask whether a bank statement could be accepted as proof of purchase. I was advised that it would not be accepted. My concern is that Kmart’s return policy states that a bank statement can be used as proof of purchase, yet my local store has refused to accept it. Could you please clarify why this is the case?
