My wife and I are big fans of Cheesecake’s Flower Child restaurant. Great plant based options, plus they are keenly aware of food allergies. With the wait staff and cook staff within easy eyesight, I can see and hear them communicate my severe sesame allergy. This is our new favorite restaurant in Oklahoma City, and unusual as we normally avoid restaurant chains.

So yesterday my family, myself and in-laws went to celebrate our son & his wife before he goes back to the Army. We came here because both families love Cheesecake Factory & have dined here many time and enjoyed it, however yesterday we were all pretty disappointed & dissatisfied with not just the food, the service and management. Let's start with our appetizers we ordered 4 different appetizers 3 came out together and the fourth came out as we had almost finished the other 3. Then our entrées took about 45 minutes never mind that we ordered them at the same time as the appetizers. We expected for them to be spaced out but 45 minutes was a long wait and when the food finally came out our server named Kamini informed us that my mother's food they were out of, Mind you she's serving the table food and at that point, she decides to come tell us that my mother's food is not available, and my daughter-in-law's food had not hit the table either. At that point, my mother was upset and obviously did not want to order anything so I shared my meal with her, which was not great. My pasta was cold and bland. We asked to speak to a manager who our server said her name was Agua. She came and made excuses as to that it was not the service fault. It was a miscommunication. In all honesty that was not an acceptable There should've never been a scenario where everybody was being served their food and two people at the table, waiting for their food and One of them the food wasn't even available. The manager did not come to apologize She came to make excuses and did not make it right by us trying to offer her food once everyone had basically had their food in front of them, not good service or management. After speaking with the manager we noticed that my daughter-in-law hadn't gotten her food either, they brought her food after we were all half way done with our. At that point she got a box to go because we were basically done and not really happy with everything going on. My husband's fish was cold and he never received his coleslaw, my son's pasta was bland and he didn't eat even half of it. My in-laws Santa Fe chicken salad, with extra chicken was sliced deli meat chicken, not an actual chicken breast nor shredded chicken, have they known that they wouldn't have purchased extra chicken. In all honesty, the whole family was not satisfied with the dinner, it was supposed to be a special occasion and felt that it was completely ruined by the lack of service and bad management to add insult to injury. We were a party of seven and got billed mandatory 20 % gratuity, on their check it's specifies gratuity billed for parties of eight or larger. So between myself and my in-laws, this server got a $54 tip for her horrible service!! We had to flag her down to get refills and napkins on top of everything else that went wrong with our dinner.. I confront the manager regarding the 20% automatic gratuity being billed to us and her response was she can return the money back. We didn't want the money back, It's the principal very slimy. She knew we were not happy with the Service because it was bad and she was aware of all the mishaps yet she chose to stick us with 20% gratuity on a party of seven that it was not mandatory. We didn't get the tip money back nor did we want it. It was the bad service, the bad management and at the end the sliminess between both of them that we did not appreciate. You guys in effect lost seven guests because we all used to come eat here all the time.. We won't be back and recommend you spend your hard earned money and establishment that appreciates you and value your business. Once again the mangers name is Agua, a young tan lady with long braids in her hair, and our servers name was Kamini.

The chain as a whole might benefit from installing more locations of their Grand Lux Cafe brand. Grand Lux Cafe consistently delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere. To the credit of ordinary Cheesecake Factory locations, they still prepare everything in-house, which is more than some chains can say about themselves.

Your headquarters are in Calabasas? No wonder the selection of bagged frozen slop is twice the price it should be. Haven't willingly been to one of your restaurants in a decade; but where most people would take the hint, you're shooting email blasts "oh no, you're not a rewards member, your account is going to be deleted! 🫨" Get wrecked and stop harassing people who clearly have no interest in your offerings. (Next time include the legally required unsubscribe link and avoid bad pr)

My party of nine were blatantly discriminated against. (I don’t use that term discriminate lightly. It was the first time I’ve ever experienced racism in Colorado.)After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes to be seated, we sat down and waited for two hours for food that never came. The manager was unprofessional. The waiter was very rude and unprofessional. The cooks were unprofessional and the whole experience was horrible. The establishment completely ruined Father’s Day.
