* Subject: Formal Complaint regarding Unfulfilled Cleaning Services and Poor Communication / Unified Services Team Management, I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service experience I had with your team last week. Despite agreements and assurances, the cleaning scheduled for Wednesday was not performed. Here's a breakdown of the issues: - *Missed Cleaning on Wednesday*: I called in the morning to complain, and was told cleaning would happen on Friday. - *Friday Follow-up*: I called again, and was told Adan would call me to take care of the issue. No call was received. - *Saturday Update*: I called again, and was told to wait for Adan's call. - *Current Status (Monday)*: Still no call from Adan, no cleaning performed. The smell in the area is very bad. Due to the team's consistent failure to follow through on commitments and their pattern of misleading communication ("lied all the time"), I'm having trouble meeting my obligations with the customer. This lack of reliability is unacceptable.

United Site Services COMPLETELY FAILED TO DELIVER on a prepaid porta-potty rental for a large group (100+) camping event. Despite booking weeks in advance, providing a site map, and paying upfront, the RESTROOMS NEVER ARRIVED. Each time I called for a status update, I got shifting stories and what felt like scripted excuses—first, a delayed delivery, then promises that never materialized, and finally, an admission after the event that they simply had none available locally. United Site Services act as if they are located in and operating out of Oregon; research suggests they are not--their address on file with the Oregon Secretary of State is in Massachusetts. I suspect they promise delivery of porta potties and similar services, collect payment and, only after the fact, attempt to outsource the same through local providers. When they are unable to do so, they leave their customers hanging lacking crucial sanitary services. The lack of promised restrooms had a negative impact on our event. Based on my experience, I would not recommend United Site Services to anyone planning an event where reliable sanitation is a must.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience with this company. They took advantage of severe weather complications and walked away with our money. The reviews here don't lie. Can you imagine: we hired and payed them for service at Burning Man 2023 (the year it rained). They, of course, required the payment upfront. Then they never fulfilled the service we paid for (due to the weather conditions) and then refused to refund us. They also threatened that if we made an issue of the payment that they would have us blacklisted.

To Anyone Using United Site Services. I recently ordered a Porta-Potty to be delivered to my jobsite. I ordered this through United Site Services and spoke to a woman there who takes orders. I wanted the Porta-Potty for 2 months which I estimated to be the length of the job. I was informed of the price for the two months of rental along with a twice weekly site service to empty the toilet. the cost for this service including delivery and pick up was $ 802.53. I agreed to the price and the Porta Potty was delivered as ordered. The job has progressed very quickly so I called United to tell them to pick up the toilet after one month, not two. I asked for a refund of the portion of the bill that would have covered the second month. They had extracted the money for the Porta-Potty from my checking account which I had given them permission to do so. They refused to refund me any monies. When I called they said that they never refund the first invoice for the toilet. Surprised, I asked, "what do you mean the first invoice?" I was told that I was going to get a second invoice for month two which would have cost over $ 459. This meant that the total of renting this toilet would have been around $ 1,259. An amount that I would have rejected if I had been informed upon my initial request for service. They refused to even give me any consideration for my request. If you are in business and you provide a cost for any service or product that you provide you are obliged to support that quote to your customer. To not have informed me of the cost of the second month and then to refuse to even give me any consideration was a shock and affront to me. I will never do business with this company again.

AWFUL. We had a United portable toilet at the golf course where I work. We were set up for weekly cleanings but they seldom came, we constantly had to call to remind them to come. Then they had the nerve to bill for weekly cleanings when they only came maybe once a month. Finally after they hadn't come for close to two months we called and asked to have it removed. They sad they'd be there 2 days later but of course no one showed up. It took a few weeks and several phone calls to get them to come get it. As you can imagine, with it not having been cleaned in months, it STUNK. They still continue to bill us for those last couple months where they did not come at all. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
