Homewise used to be the best vendor to order documents from. Now they are the WORST. The don't complete the documents, they don't correct incorrect information, they are rude and extremely slow. We actually had a simple correction to a condo questionnaire that took SIX weeks for them to complete.

The Loft Living App put out by this company is the most user unfriendly app I have encountered in my 67 years on this planet. Every month I have great difficulty paying rent for my apartment through this app, if I am able to pay rent at all. I have been charged double rent. Again, this month it is not accepting my rent payment. This is totally unacceptable. Why would a company put out such a lacking application?

Customer service on the vendor side is absolutely just not there! We paid $200 just to create an account on some site that we are not sure is even being utilized by anyone or even active for the most part! Despite NUMEROUS emails, requests for assistance thru the website contact form, for A YEAR, we have not received ONE response! Crazy and I don't understand how they are still in business!

"Convenience fee" for using a credit/debit card as opposed to routing is egregious. Had to pay $50 in the past for using the "wrong" payment method. I've had previous leases w different payment companies and none of the were ever this blatant and horrible.

I pay my rent thru loft which is a realpage app and you earn rewards for paying your rent So every month I get rewards however this month of April I made the mistake of depositing my money on March 31 and the rent was taken automatically on April 1 and my rewards are being denied because I deposited in March not in April I am losing almost 1000 points because I deposited my money in March how ridiculous is that?!! that policy needs to change realpage is penalizing me for depositing my money early for my rent in April
