At that time it was a smaller restaurant in Bexley, Ohio serving up seafood and homemade italian goodness to as many people as Tony and Maria could fit in the 100-seat space. By 1964, The Berwick had outgrown its Bexley location so Tony and Maria changed the name to “The Berwick Manor Party House” and relocated the business down the road to a new 11,500 sf facility with six on-site banquet rooms, one dining room, and two smaller lounge rooms; this is the very same location The Berwick inhabits today.
