I am going through numerous quality issues. Customer service does not do enough to responsibly acknowledge and return calls and emails. There is no priority when major quality defects are reported. 15 units order, 10 have replacement needs and many are on their third replacement request. Marvin apparently doesn't understand that an ounce of prevention and having excellent quality control inspections prior to shipping will prevent inconvenience to homeowners, contractor and will Save Marvin significant amounts of money of losses due to remaking windows and repeatative communications after they have shipped. I am not happy right now!!!! On June 11 my Marvin Tech team made me very happy. All mfg defects have been replaced to our satisfaction. Took 9 months and persistence with patience. My Marvin tech team has been kind, helpful and supportive the entire time. Those guys get a gold 5 star rating. My unhappiness was with the factory not having quality control oversight and catching the bad issues before delivery. In the end things were made right. Thank you

New update September 2026 Marvin reached out in June, but only because we posted the review. In June they committed to fixing the issue, they gave us a 3-4 week time line. We are now entering 12 weeks and still nothing has been done and we haven’t heard from anyone at Marvin service. It’s crazy that they pride themselves on customer service, yet this entire process has been anything but that. Poor communication, poor customer service, and still won’t take care of our customer’s manufacture, factory defects. What is going on at Marvin? Is there anyone there that still cares about their customer?? New June 2026 For over 20 years I’ve sold and installed Marvin windows. I use to think they were top tier products and service. The product is still okay, but the service has gone down the drain. We still have an open service with Marvin on a project we worked on in Utah. Our supplier was Jones Paint And Glass, their customer service is excellent compared to Marvin In October of 2025 We submitted a service request, for us to help Marvin fix a manufacturer defect on a window. This large oversize picture window about 6 feet wide by 7 foot tall. Started leaking at the bottom where the glass meets the frame which means the factory glazing/seal has given up, has broken. It lets water in right at that point. It is 100% a manufacture defect, we have offered to take care of the service and we submitted a service request with a quote. For us to be compensated for the work we will be performing in helping to fix the manufacturer defects. Everyone at Marvin that we have reached out to, has been ignoring us since October I have reached out to the CEO Paul Marvin. To get his assistance, but we haven’t received any replies back. I am sure his Dad and grandparents who started this company Would not approve the poor and lack of customer service we haven’t received. We have contacted Jake our local Sales representative, even Seige or previous sales representative. Both of them have ignored us Since October 2025. How would Paul Marvin feel if this issue was happening to a window in his own house. There’s no way it takes over eight months to review a service request approve it and let the supplier and the contractor take care of their customer. Just boggles, my mind has such a big named brand company has such poor customer service. If you read through their reviews, that is the number one complain from almost every customer is poor customer service. Mr. Paul Marvin if you truly care about your company and your customers, you will help us handle this situation that we’ve been dealing with for eight months. I dare you to honor your words that you advertise, about taking care of your customers.

Hello, good afternoon. I am interested in applying and working with you. Regarding the overtime—the issue people complain about—I actually find it excellent; nowadays, the opportunity to work extra hours is a great thing. There are several of us who want to go to Warroad; where can we submit an application? We are currently in Iowa.

Do not go to work for these people they are looking for someone with less experience or someone who has over 20 years experience and they just gave me a negative even though I have four years in the customer service experience so they're looking for someone who is more like they are if you are different they will not hire you these people discriminate so please do not apply here their other jobs these people are not a great company to work for

We were looking forward to our new sliding glass door, but the lack of customer service from Marvin corporate has been so disappointing. Wrong directions, wrong parts shipped, zero communication trying to get the right parts. Painful!
