Maths With Belle
About this business
Maths With Belle is a tutor serving St Albans, Hertfordshire and nearby. In their own words: “Belle Cottingham - Author, Teacher, Tutor, Researcher in Mathematics Teaching and Learning. Over the years (17 years+ of writing and tutoring), Maths with Belle has developed strategies to address the negativity and general apathy that exists towards study. It is important to remember however, that merely attending a course or buying a book will not significantly change your grades - only you can do that. The work we do with you will promote a way of thinking that is designed to inspire this sort of transformation. A core focus for maths teaching and writing must be problem solving , as the skills gained from this are essential skills not just for maths, but learning generally. These types of questions feature heavily in exam scenarios, and are typically the ones where most marks are lost.” You'll find Maths With Belle in TradieCorner's Tutoring listings for St Albans, Hertfordshire.
