TALKEDTO CASHIER. No joy And talked to the manager . No joy Talked to kingfisher uk the owners of B AND Q Halifax. . No joy . Transferred to costumers service B AN Q .and again no joy. I have spent thousands of pounds with B AND Q. Not one more penny will come from my bank over B AND Qs cashier. Have walked through their garden centre to see parched plants , can only assume this was the case .

They asked me to review a product I bought (maritime pine floorboards). The review was negative, but was 100% factual and contained only objective information. They did not publish the review. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and may lead to negative experiences for future customers.

I bought blinds from Castorama in Poland, which were supposed to be 60 cm, but when I opened the package, they turned out to be 50 cm. Unfortunately, there’s no way to tell without opening the box that they’re smaller than stated. They clearly mixed up the packaging — what a disaster. Avoid this company at all costs. You’re sadly better off ordering from TEMU! What a shame... Just avoid them...

I bought a toilet seat from b&q but my amazement the was no plastic nuts to secure the seat just these useless things that opened and never secure the seat. You would of thought the idiots who came up the this idea would tested it!!! I suggest it's back to the drawing board or better still just us plastic nuts and bolts. Guess what they work.
