Within a few hours of enquiring, Savills' Ben Fletcher responded with a very helpful and clear explanation of the process of selling my small urban in-fill plot in North London. This was my first auction as a vendor, Ben took me through the marketing and sales process, and recommended a fantastic solicitor who was also outstanding. Following Probate I was selling an 8 bedroom house in North London. Within 24hrs of contacting Savills Auctions I met at the property with James Mackie on 3rd Oct.; the property was added to the Nov. 5th auction. James was contactable and responsive at all times and he had arranged viewings within days of our meeting. On 22nd October we accepted an offer for the guide price (£2.4m) and exchanged contracts 2 days later - 21 days from start to finish and pre-auction. The service and expertise was 5 star and I cannot praise James and his team highly enough. Savills made the entire process stress free through their expertise, efficiency and professionalism.
