In 1992, the services expanded to Pasir Ris with the establishment of the Pasir Ris Family Service Centre, and in 1999, GNCS further extended its reach to Tanglin Halt through the Commonwealth Student Care Centre. GNCS established a second shelter to support the homeless community, initiated engagement with schools, and expanded outreach efforts to the Bidadari community. Mr Titus Dui has served on the Management Committee for more than 10 consecutive years. His appointment has been reviewed and the leadership believes GNCS will continue to benefit from Mr Dui continuing as the MC Member & HR Committee Chairman as we continue to look for another suitable candidate.
