Whenever we have had any issues or questions, she has responded promptly and done her best to assist us. We really appreciate her good communication and professionalism. I'm delighted to give my feedback for Kathy, our property agent at Crockers. Kathy made our moving process in February this year incredibly smooth. From the very start she was super organized and made sure there were no hassles at all. What I really appreciate about Kathy is how proactive she was with communication. My property is in Warkworth, which made it difficult for me to manage it due to the distance. However, thanks to Jane Jo's support, I was able to feel at ease. Even though she can't manage my property due to the distance, she is always willing to help for my questions. No matter what questions I had, Jane was always kind, patient, and thorough in her responses. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood each process. What impressed me was how carefully she guided me through all the important responsibilities and requirements that I needed to be aware of as a landlord. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. It is not easy to find someone who is not only highly knowledgeable but also so committed to helping others. If I purchase another property in Auckland, I would ask Jane manage it for me. Crockers is a very professional and reliable property management company. I’ve rented through them twice and have had great experiences both times. Caleb and Robin are both responsible, responsive, and professional property managers. The service from Crockers has always been excellent, and their entire rental process is well-organised and handled professionally. I would definitely recommend them.
