Beware In 2022, shocking experience a deeply troubling situation when Parnell property, 21 A Balfour Rd which I understood to be valued over $1.3M, actual CV $1.8M was sold for only $760K under John Bayley’s directorship. The buyer, Robert Edward Vos, was someone connected to the obnoxious bayleys agent and Robert Chris Darlow, who, in my direct dealings, I believe acted fraudulently. Ignored the valuation yet charged $1500 Testatrix for that, so there you have misaligned intent. Over more than a year, the Sole Beneficiary raised red flags about this unapproved sale and how the rightful sole beneficiary was treated — in my experience, ignored, blamed, and excluded from everything including her Rights which are above darlow. The property was left in poor condition, including exposure during a severe storm, which, to me, showed gross negligence. From what I witnessed, this seemed part of a wider pattern of exploitation and negligence. In my opinion, Bayleys agents , fleur was misleading and deceptive, lacked transparency and accountability throughout this process. I was also advised that offers should be made under $800,000, which raised questions for me about compliance with quoting regulations. ,Yes they under quoted and nobody in NZ questions them. We have to ask how much does john bayleys pay the REA?

Super disappointed in Anna Zhou’s interaction in handling our tenancy. Tried to charge us a cleaning fee we were not made aware of and accused us of taking smoke alarms even though there was photographic evidence. A reminder for everyone to be careful and always keep records and photos!
