Poor experience and lack of response. My name is Varun Kumar (Nerolac Lead ID: 686320, Ticket ID: 40210 dated 26 November 2025). I had booked interior and exterior painting services for my home through Nerolac. As part of the process, Mr. Abhishek, the Nerolac representative, visited my house for inspection. I showed him the complete interior and exterior areas, and after a detailed assessment, he finalized the deal. However, I am facing a serious issue with the service provided. The contractor assigned to my project has left the work incomplete even after receiving full payment. Despite repeated follow-ups, the pending work has not been completed. The payment was facilitated through Mr. Abhishek, but unfortunately, no resolution has been provided so far. I raised this complaint nearly two months ago, but till date, there has been no support or action from Nerolac Paints. This level of negligence and lack of customer support is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Due to this poor experience and lack of response from Nerolac, I will not recommend Nerolac painting services to anyone in the future. It is very unfortunate that a reputed company like Nerolac is not taking responsibility for customer issues. I request you to treat this matter as urgent and provide a concrete resolution at the earliest. Either the remaining work should be completed immediately or the paid amount should be refunded without any further delay. Looking forward to your immediate response.

Administration department is unorganised and poor communication. Senior Admin manager have alot ego, attitude, etc. will not to disrespect myself. For water they have taken half an hour to give

I PURCHASED HIGH QUALITY NEROLAC PAINT INSTEAD OF ASHIAN PAINT ON RECOMENDATION OF CONTRACTOR .I FOUND THAT QUALITY IS SO POOR AND I PAID MAXIMUM AMOUNT.I COMPLAINED TO THE NEROLAC REPRESENTATIVE .THEY VISITED MY HOUSE TWO TIMES AND ACCEPTED THE DRABACK BUT NOTHING HAPPENED AND NOW THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ATALL.PLEASE I WILL RECOMMAND NOT TO PURCHASE THIS PAINT . THIS PAINT IS BLOW QUALITY LIKE LOCAL PAINT. I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR FOR THIS .I ALSO COMPLAINE TO UPPER LEVEL ALSO.

I recently had a terrible experience with Nerolac Service that I feel compelled to share with others. I had finalized a project with them, but to my utter dismay, they completely backed out and failed to deliver on their promises. It was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional ordeal. Initially, the Nerolac representative seemed enthusiastic and assured me that they could handle the project without any issues. They assured me that their contractors were skilled and reliable, giving me the confidence to move forward. Based on this assurance, I decided to proceed with Nerolac. However, as soon as the work was supposed to commence, Nerolac abruptly changed their stance. They claimed that their contractor was no longer available and could not fulfill the agreed-upon tasks. This sudden change left me perplexed and infuriated. It felt like they had made false promises from the beginning, only to disappoint me when it mattered the most. Furthermore, the explanation provided by Nerolac for the contractor's unavailability was vague and unsatisfactory. They simply cited "reasons beyond their control" without any concrete explanation. It was evident that Nerolac had not adequately planned and organized their resources, leaving customers like me to suffer the consequences. The unprofessionalism and lack of accountability displayed by Nerolac throughout this entire ordeal were appalling. They showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and failed to take responsibility for their actions. Instead of finding a solution or offering an alternative, they simply shrugged off their responsibilities, leaving me to deal with the fallout. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when considering Nerolac Service for their projects. Based on my experience, their promises cannot be trusted, and their contractors are unreliable. It is evident that Nerolac lacks proper management and fails to deliver on their commitments. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking services elsewhere. In conclusion, my experience with Nerolac Service was deeply disappointing. Their false promises, sudden denials, and lack of accountability have left me with a bitter taste. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering their services, and I sincerely hope Nerolac takes steps to address these issues and improve their service quality in the future.
