I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service provided by **Asian Paints Home Solutions**. I chose an established brand for my home painting project a year ago, expecting professional standards and peace of mind. Instead, I have dealt with nothing but negligence and dishonesty. **The Issues:** * **Quality Failure:** Significant paint issues began appearing within just six months of completion. * **Dishonesty:** The assigned contractor repeatedly lied to me for over six months, claiming he had raised a formal complaint/claim with the company. * **Verification:** Upon checking with Asian Paints customer service, I discovered **no claim was ever filed.** * **Broken Promises:** The contractor finally visited on April 23rd and promised a follow-up from the corporate team. It has been weeks, and I have heard nothing. It is shocking that a company of this stature allows its contractors to ghost customers and provide false information. I have been more than patient, but I am now left with a deteriorating paint job and zero support. **To the Asian Paints Team:** I have all the supporting images, service IDs, and communication logs. I am ready to share these across all social platforms and escalate this to the Consumer Forum if a resolution is not provided immediately. I am from Bangalore. Experienced Unprofessional Painting Service from Asian Paints Arekere Branch Headed by Abhimanyu. Most Unprofessional. They told 20 days to finish the Painting work but took more than 45 days. Painting also fine by most UN Professional Painters. Any issues, Abhimanyu said he will solve now not picking my calls at all. Stay away from Asian Paints.

Work done by @Harish traders Banglore Very unprofessional and highly unresponsive service from Asian Home Beautiful Home. The work was delayed significantly, and the team was difficult to reach throughout the process. Even after completion, the after-service support has been extremely poor. A follow-up visit promised for March–April never happened. When I raised a complaint, I was simply told that the concerned person was on leave—with no alternate arrangement provided. This kind of lack of accountability is unacceptable. Overall, the service quality is disappointing, and I would not recommend them.

Worst after sales service…I raised a complaint its already been 1.5 months no one is yet to answer calls and solve the problems…just after 3 months of service there are bubbles on the walls and many scratches they say its normal and they give warranty of 8 years…thers not yet 8 months also…they are not ready to solve the problem…even the paint quality was not up to the mark….not at all satisfying i highly recommend do not take asian paints service for your home office or anywhere else…better you try berger paints

I'm very dissatisfied with the delays in Weatherseal window installation in Bangalore of Rs 9.5 lakhs order value and the pending refund of Rs 27,000 due to inaccurate measurements. Despite assurances, no progress has been made. The installation, promised to complete in a week, remains incomplete. Multiple follow-ups with your lead engineer and store associate have yielded no satisfactory response or timeline for completion. Issues during the partial installation undertaken: broken glass, scratches on UPVC frames and locks, poor silicon application, weak hinges on top-hung casement windows, and debris left behind. Pending Refund - There were significant differences in window measurements between the sales associate and lead engineer which resulted in your company overcharging us by Rs 27,000 including GST which is still not resolved. We chose Weatherseal for its reputation and affiliation with Asian Paints, expecting high-quality service. This experience has been disappointing and inconvenient. We need a clear timeline for completion, replacements for damaged items, proper reinstallation, cleanup, and immediate processing of our ₹27,000 refund. Looking forward to swift action.
