I stayed here during a work trip, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I checked in until the time I left, every touchpoint was handled with genuine care and attention to detail. The staff are warm, thoughtful, friendly, and incredibly efficient, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spotless, fresh, and very comfortable, and the food at the restaurant was consistently delicious. What touched me the most was the hotel's inclusive hiring. Seeing deaf and mute team members working seamlessly alongside their colleagues and interacting confidently with guests creates such a warm, respectful, and heartfelt atmosphere. It's inclusion in action, and it genuinely elevates the experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a comfortable stay, but one filled with genuine hospitality.

It was a great stay at Lemon Tree. I received excellent service and support from my travel team, especially Ms. Savneet and Mr. Vikas. They helped me resolve a major issue, and I am highly delighted to have been connected with them. Also, Mr Himanshu and Anil and Rajeev from house keeping was very helpful. They take special requests seriously and act on them promptly. They are very responsive, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. I truly appreciate their support and would be happy to recommend their service.

I recently stayed for 2 days at Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Airport and overall, it was a very good experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. The food was also really good and had a nice variety. As a wheelchair user, I did face some accessibility challenges initially. The washroom in my first room was difficult to use, and the space between the bed and the door was too narrow for comfortable wheelchair movement. I requested a room change at the front desk, but unfortunately they were unable to provide an immediate solution. Later, I met Mr. Narender (I believe he is one of the managers there), and he personally helped resolve the issue. Since I had originally booked 2 rooms but only needed 1, they upgraded me to a suite room that was much more spacious and properly accessible for wheelchair use. I truly appreciate the effort and support from him and the team. The only area where I feel the property can improve is accessibility around the pool area. Currently, it is accessible only through stairs, and adding a wheelchair ramp would make it much more inclusive for guests with mobility needs. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and the hospitality shown by the team. With a few accessibility improvements, the experience can become even better for wheelchair users.

My stay at Lemon Tree Premier, Delhi Airport was excellent and very comfortable. The hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, cleanliness, and professional hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The staff members were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its convenient location near the airport, which is ideal for travelers. The food quality was outstanding, with a good variety of delicious options available. The atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, premium, and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, Lemon Tree Premier provides great service and excellent comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay near Delhi Airport.

The staff here is extremely warm, accommodating, and hospitable. Everyone, from the management to the general staff are extremely nice. The rooms are of good size, clean, well lit up, and very comfortable beds. All in all, I had the best experience with my family. Thank you so much, Mr. Zubbin Arora, for everything, truly appreciate all that you did to accommodate us, for recognizing the fact that we were tired and not letting us go anywhere else.
