I loved everything about this hotel - the exquisite service, meals, amenities and offerings and the exceptional staff and leadership. The General Manager is a true leader and his staff exude joy, kindness, generosity and professionalism. I had fantastic sleeps, beautiful early morning swims and brilliant meetings thanks to this outstanding hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay.

​I recently visited The Oberoi, New Delhi, and had a wonderful experience. The room was modern, comfortable, and absolutely spotless. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet as the food was incredibly fresh and tasty. In my opinion, the hotel has a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. I highly recommend this prime location to everyone!

I always felt Taj was the best. Oberoi proved to be one notch better. The property was splendid. The rooms were spacious and of great quality. The staff were exceptionally well trained on courtesy. A guest at the restaurant was on a video call with speakers on, causing disturbance to others. One of their lady managers handled it so professionally without hurting the guest and ended it. She even offered to help with a head phone and apologised to her for making her end the call. Bravo and well done.. holistic experience

A special thank you to Priyanshu, Roman, and Sachin for their professionalism, warmth, and genuine commitment to making our stay memorable. They were always attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.

We had the most incredible stay at The Oberoi in Delhi. My girlfriend and I chose the hotel for our 3 days in the city and it just beat all expectations. We have to specially thank the front desk agent for kindly giving us the most iconic room facilitating all our needs! Also, the housekeeping staff Hemlata, Krishan and Mohit who kept our room spotless day and night. Warm thanks to Albert John, Head of Concierge, who was so attentive that gifted us some masala tea after a random comment noting how much we liked it. Its difficult to compete in the league of luxury and elegance in hospitality, but, having travelled the world I can honestly say The Oberoi in Delhi is in the world’s top league. We’ll be back, and can only recommend to everyone. Thanks team Oberoi for taking such good care of us!
