He listened to my feedback with utmost patience, genuinely understood the gaps in the initial service, and took immediate accountability. Without any delay, he coordinated a corrective action plan and dispatched another team to resolve every single issue. ​Today, Mr. Prem and Mr. Satyam from their cleaning staff visited my home. Their dedication, attention to detail, and work ethic were exemplary. They meticulously cleaned the entire space, ensuring everything was done to our absolute satisfaction. ​Throughout this entire process, what stood out the most was the sheer professionalism, patience, and courtesy displayed by both Mr. Kundan and the cleaning crew. Highly recommended [17Jun26]It was a waste of money. Could have gone with Clean fanatics who charge little bit more but do a satisfactory job. I placed a 3bhk villa deep cleaning + pest control + sofa shampoo cleaning on 17jun2026 for ₹11600 thru app. The ordeal started from there.When I called them personally, they gave a quote of ₹13900 but in app for same package is ₹11600. The appointment was for 9am, they came around 12pm. They had their lunch and kept the garbage parcel covers inside my bigbasket box outside. Dont they know which is dustbin and which is not. They say they will use machines to deep clean bathroom floor and tiles but in reality they will clean using hands, no machines. so stains remain like that. no vacuum cleaner used to do rooms and furniture dusting. all dust on the furniture as it is. half of the doors are not cleaned. Paid for shampoo wash for sofa, very bad job. the sofa stains are still there. TV unit was complete dusty. Kitchen is full of oil stains. Fridge, microwave have oil stains. And full day me and my wife have to do complete supervising, else whatever 70% job they did also was not possible. Bathroom tiles are just as good as we wash. dont expect deep clean. They came late and wanted to leave early with half finished job. They say they are professional but their work doesnt reflect. All their cleaning solutions are heavily diluted. The blue colin solution was almost water like. I opted for them because i avail their services for apartment cleaning yearly basis. But this time, it was the worst job. Clean fanatics did a wonderful job last time using machines and good solutions. I would rather pay some extra and get things done as per my satisfaction rather than looking at cheap prices and false guarantees.

Very bad experience with Vijay Homes and their appliance repair service in Bangalore. It has now been more than months, and the issue with my Samsung side-by-side refrigerator remains unresolved. The manager, Rayan, assured us that experienced technicians would handle the repair, claiming they had previously worked with Samsung. However, the service provided was highly unprofessional. During the repair process, the technicians damaged and burned the original fan assembly while soldering. They also added extra piping that was not originally part of the refrigerator. Since they were unable to find the correct fan, frame, and motor for my refrigerator model, they installed parts from a completely different refrigerator model (a double-door refrigerator fan assembly) into a side-by-side refrigerator, claiming it would work because of their experience. After all these modifications, the refrigerator still did not cool properly. We then called an authorized Samsung technician for inspection. According to Samsung's assessment, the fan, frame, and compressor were not functioning properly, and the compressor now requires replacement. Despite this, Rayan continues to argue that while his technicians damaged the fan, frame, and motor, they are not responsible for the compressor failure. This argument makes no sense. If the fan was damaged and not functioning, the refrigerator's cooling system could not operate correctly, which can lead to compressor overheating and failure. Furthermore, if the technicians knew they had damaged the fan during the repair process, they should have informed us immediately instead of asking us to keep the refrigerator running for 24 hours. The technicians failed to diagnose the issue correctly, used incorrect replacement parts, modified the refrigerator unnecessarily, and returned the appliance in worse condition than before. I strongly advise customers to be extremely cautious before using Vijay Homes for electronic appliance repairs. Based on my experience, their technicians lack the required expertise, and there is a serious risk of further damage to your equipment rather than proper repair.
