We were a little uneasy about having a new team in for the full home deep cleaning in Hennur Gardens, having had an awkward experience with another vendor before. They kept their voices low near our workspace, asked before moving anything personal, and were upfront about what each step of the process involved. It's the kind of conduct that makes us comfortable leaving the team alone in the house if needed.

Worst option for house deep cleaning. They charged 4k and this is worst service you can get in this price. Few comments that should tell you exactly what they offer to clearly make a decision: 1. No commitment: 10.30am slot was cancelled at 10.20am when i have travelled 30kms to get the house cleaned 2. They sent 2 19yr old kids to clean 2 bhk. They quoted 6hrs to complete the task 3. After multiple complaints they get two more 19yr old kids, still manager to complete in 5hrs 4. No equipments - no ladder, no idea how to clean a greasy kitchen 5. I had to push them to clean my kitchen better 6. Nexxt day in daylight when we inspected the kitchen we found they did a shitty job. For sure this is rhe worst cleaning service provided in bangalore. Waste of money.

BEWARE 1. The team who cleaned tried to con me into paying 4000 rs when it was actually around 2800rs. 2. They kept the windows open after cleaning and we were totally unaware due to which we were troubled by mosquitoes and flies throughout the night! 3.They refused to keep the things back into their original place after cleaning. Triefreaching the concerned person at their office but not successful - I was promised a call back but none so far. So be cautious about their services.

Worst company and worst service, never trust such companies. They do all their work with third party contractor only for commission. Third party contractor hires third grade unprofessional inexperienced technician and workers and spoil your house and appliances. After that they will request you to either give 5star raiting or remove your rating. They will fool you with lots of promises and lots of hope saying they will comeback and correct the issues but all are fake, you will lose your precious time by keep calling them.

Please do not opt for elite service. Even after spending Rs.10354/- they do not do justice to work. They went out for lunch for 1 hr 14 minutes. They have a strategy. They ask you to empty the wardrobes, eventually they do minimal work and keep doing this for all bed rooms and kitchen. We actually see what was done by them only after they leave. before leaving they ask you to rate them 5, which foolishly I did. The cob webs were minimum, those were also not cleaned. many window panes were left without cleaning, sofa was not done vacuum cleaning, infact fans were left uncleaned. All in all, only if you have someone to monitor and supervise them, they don't do. They will have worked for 1/3rd of what we pay. Specially if it is Anil Kumar, please consider my words 🙏🏻
