Last September, I attended the Schluter Innovation Workshop in Montreal with a friend, and it was an unforgettable experience. Schluter generously sponsored our stay at the Courtyard Montreal West Island, making the trip seamless. The training team was excellent — professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. The Schluter HQ itself was impressive, and the sessions were both practical and productive. Special thanks to Jeremy, Kirk, and Tanya for making the workshop truly memorable. I have been using Schluter system for all my bathroom renovation jobs for more than 7 years. Unfortunately, the company is always raising the prices of their products repeatedly without any reason which is so frustrating. I switched to other competitors manufacturing the same products although I believe that Schluter products have higher quality. Fred,

Installed a ditra heat system. Both probes failed and I had to rip up tiles and replace them. It was extremely embarrassing that the system I had recommended to the customer failed so quickly. I then had to spend nearly a year chasing down my reimbursement. I will never use or recommend a Schluter product.

Building is nicely designed. Has bright colors contrasting with a nice shade of grey. Grounds appear to be well kept as well. Looks like a pleasant place to work. A lot of trees in the surroundings which probably always their employees to take relaxing and soothing walks nearby. Across the road is a zoo. Parking lot seems spacious enough to accommodate several cars.

Waited over 30 minutes on hold only to get a prerecorded message that said due to some issue they were not taking calls. Ridiculous. They could have led with that prerecorded message and save me half an hour.
