Amazing service, with excellent quality and selection of products across the board. The moment you walk into the showroom the staff are welcoming and professional, and at the same time easy to work with and not feel pressured for anything. We received incredibly wonderful service and advise from Francis and Filomena for our home renovation project, and the final results speak volumes. We will definitely return to Ciot for the next renovation project!

Michael is amazing! He helped us select tiles for our renovation project and has excellent taste. He guided us throughout the process, was very patient, and incredibly attentive. I’m very happy I got to work with him.

Pretty unhappy with my latest experience at Ciot with Madam Fortin. In the past, I’ve dealt with wonderful, accommodating employees and have recommended Ciot to others for their beautiful products. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very different. I was yelled at over the phone by an employee and told that there were “lots of customers” who wanted her help and tile. This of course happens after not getting a response for ~2weeks. Apparently, trying to deduct the price of missing tile when picking up the product counts as “negotiating the price,” and that can’t be done if someone is on vacation. I understand that retail can be busy, but being spoken to that way is unacceptable. Going forward, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. At least then I won’t be yelled at over the phone because an employee is worried about losing commission while she’s on vacation.

Renovation is always a daunting task. However, Ciot and, especially, Christine Naccache, were of invaluable help. Quality of materials is outstanding and customer service is on par. At some point, renovation became a subtle enjoyment. If ever I do it again, it will have to be with Ciot and Christine!
