Contacted Amanda Abado with unit issue. No clear answer. Ended up more frustrated. Our experience with Colliers has been positive so far, minus the incident described above.

The worst experience ever. The manager was so unprofessional with me in front of his employees and very unprofessional with his employees in front of me. They evicted 2 whole buildings on bloor and sterling road very unprofessionally managed , sending letters without any signature or company stamp. Threatening people who had contracts with them. Not giving enough time for business to find another place and coming before the contract has ended to change locks and throwing people’s stuff out. They have the tittle of being the biggest company in Canada in comercial building management, but VERY BLUNT AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Communication was poor, the process was unnecessarily stressful, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with respect or urgency. Their handling of the situation placed me at serious financial risk, and there was a real possibility that I could have lost a significant amount of money. Based on my experience, the level of service fell far below what I would expect from a company of this size. I would not recommend this company and strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before doing business with them.
