Horrible experience getting a valuation done on a commercial property. He didn't know what he was doing and like this was his first time. Valuation came in super low and if we had listened to them would have sold for over $1mil less than its real value.

I've called CBRE multiple times (more than 8) trying to get information, and the experience has been consistently frustrating. The receptionist transfers you immediately without even listening to your questions or showing basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the salespeople never call back or follow up, despite repeated attempts. It's been a completely unprofessional experience — very disappointing, especially from a company of this size. It feels like your time and inquiries are not respected at all.

Nice bright office, directly on King St. Unfortunately never got back to me after an interview. An automated thank you email to unsuccessful applicants would've been nice.

Worked with CBRE team on leasing a space at Bathurst/College in 2019, might as well have been working for the other party, poor negotiations, and just overall not there for the client. Will not recommend.

I felt so warm and welcomed from the threshold coming through the door! I will definitely be doing business with them now and in the future!
