Remove the 2 brick courses above the lentils and remove lentils. · Check for the existence of a damp course and confirm which course requires weep holes. Remove mortar from joints at every third brick. · Install new lintel and replace brickwork. · 4 Between windows remove cracked/degraded groutwork as required. · Establish a datum line at the bottom of 4th course and repair render/spatch as required. · Spray seal all exposed brickwork from render datum line to the render at the base of the wall. · There are two lintels that require replacement to windows 2.4m wide, 2.7 m steel lintel required.
