steel lintel replacement and weep holes

1. Remove the 2 brick courses above the lentils and remove lentils.
2. Check for the existence of a damp course and confirm which course requires weep holes. Remove mortar from joints at every third brick.
3. Install new lintel and replace brickwork.

4 Between windows remove cracked/degraded groutwork as required.

1. Establish a datum line at the bottom of 4th course and repair render/spatch as required.
2. Spray seal all exposed brickwork from render datum line to the render at the base of the wall.
