Toll moved us interstate and it was the most time consuming, frustrating experience with a service provider. Our case manager was almost never available when we called and never got back to us directly by phone. We left many phone messages asking to be called back and he responded with emails. We found out our down lift was happening the day before. we had a broken table on arrival and some other small damage to items which were logged with toll on arrival and apparently noted by the toll representative that met us to inspect the delivery. We have since received no compensation for these items with toll saying they have “no record” of damages being documented. They are now asking us for photos and copies of the documentation we lodged through their iPad. They have 0 customer service. We had to use them through my partner’s work but I would never recommend them to anyone. A friend is. Currently trying to move with her newborn and they also “changed” the down lift, the day beforehand. But sounded more like they had never actually booked a company to deliver the furniture at all. Calling on Wednesday to say “how’s Friday?” For someone moving interstate with their partner away for work which they have known the entire time is ridiculous. They have been filling out paperwork with toll for this move for MONTHS. I’d like to give no stars but apparently I can’t post this review without choosing one.

On the 20th of April. It says on the way to dispatch. End up saying company name is not found. Given that we provided the address and contact person.... been Contacting the support everyday, no reply... Worst logistic company ever.. Would not recommend.

worst delivery service. Delivery guy delivered my parcel to a pick up shop and for some reason took it back to depo same day. now its been 2 weeks since then and they still contacting to depo and investigating. very very annoying and wasting of my time. and that's how the pick up shop Fitzroy Authorised Newsagency 125 Johnston St, Fitzroy VIC 3065 store ur parcels

Worst courier/delivery ever. Continuous "failed to deliver" despite being home all day, having a doorbell on the gate, and phone number on the packages. CRIMINAL.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I received no tracking updates and had the worst parcel tracking ever. Took them 4 weeks to deliver a package. Shouldn’t even been a company
