Had to organise to reschedule our pickup to another day and Danny the operator was so helpful and lovely to deal with on the phone.

I was driving on the service road behind Pascoe Vale Road 01/10/2025a round 09:15 hrs when one of this company’s truck drivers parked in the middle of the road, completely blocking access. When I asked him to move so I could get through, he started verbally abusing me.He eventually moved to the corner but kept abusing me, then deliberately pulled back into the same spot and told me, “Now you move.” This behaviour was aggressive, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. As a female driver, I felt unsafe and shocked that a company allows its drivers to treat the public this way. After checking online, I noticed there are already many complaints about their drivers, which makes me believe this is not an isolated incident. This company needs to take urgent action before someone gets seriously hurt.

Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of two Armarguard staff (drivers) today, tooting the horn at a learner driver and telling her to hurry up while reversing out of a shopping centre carpark! Did you forget that you too were once learner drivers? Common courtesy and some patience goes a long way to give learners a little bit of confidence on the road while learning to drive. All you two did today was make an inexperienced driver more anxious! Let's hope that no-one does the same to your children when they start learning to drive! Better yet, if you don't have kids, please don't have any!

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from aramaguard driver causing collision that could have potentially been fatal. ARMAGAURD DRIVER PUTTING PUBLIC SAFETY AT RISK!! Clearly there has been too many complaints and reviews regarding the drivers- this should be investigated further. Completely uncivilised and unacceptable.
