Had the misfortune of having to deal with Gavin Lampe in Melbourne. Terrible service and terrible experience. The guy is just so arrogant and rude. How he has a job is beyond me.....

Absolutely abhorrent staff, terrible culture, full of (mostly) women on a power trip. Terrible to deal with. Just avoid at all costs.
