We ordered a 2m x 1.8m size banner that was needed for a conference on the 26th November. The banner arrived with 2 massive creases which made it totally unusable for the purpose for which it was needed. Their solution? To have a new one ready by Tuesday the 1st December. Not one person in this organisation was prepared to budge. Totally useless and unprofessional. And I was called unprofessional for being angry and upset! We found another supplier who actually offered to get it done on the day required.

We have been doing business with Cactus Imaging for the better part of 20 years and I don’t have one negative word to say about this company. Their pricing is reasonable, their product is second-to-none and they always meet my unreasonable deadlines. I couldn’t be happier with the service I receive from this company and my account managers.

I recently had a 3m artwork destroyed and had to get it reprinted in a very short time frame. The owner immediately prioritised my artwork and very kindly printed it within the hour. 10/10 recommend this place, not only will you experience amazing customer service but you will be supporting a great business

Can't rate this company high enough, particularly in their support of HSC students and the printing of their major projects, in 2020 and again in 2021.
