Very interesting way for agent listed selling a property on realestate.com platform not using his real name. For the entire time I do not know the agent’s last name or legality. AND to leave a review for an agent, the platform (REA group) needs the review to be approved by the agent?! So dodgy agent goes around and no consequences for the agent and the platform?! Consumer pays for the bill and keep quiet about it?!

This company doesn't take care of its staff and salespeople. As a sales agent, I've been promoting their products (Premier Plus and Audience Maximizer) to my clients (vendors) without any compensation. Yet, when it comes to selling my own property, they don’t even offer a discount or any support. How greedy can they be? Every other supplier has offered something...definitely and actively promoting your competitors from now on more as they look after their people. Here is the feedback you're after.

I don’t have the time nor energy to lodge a complaint at Fair Trade, so I’m sharing this here, hoping that it will help to save readers from a lot of stress in this important life decision. It is not every day that we sell a property, unless you are an investor, it is a once or twice in a lifetime that we do this, so it’s a massive learning curve, and that’s how corporations take advantage or hard working Australian families, because we have to learn the process as we go, and when we think we found a trustworthy agent, we might have just found our worse nightmare. This is long, but you must keep reading. Lots of very important information for you if you're planning to sell your home, so you don't fall into the trap of Campaign Agent, real estate agents are very good at persuading people into it. We don't sell a property every day, so its a lot to learn, and they seem very nice and helpful, making us feel that we can trust them, but we can't.  They only care about  flipping fast profits entirely at your cost. They manipulate people into debt with Campaign Agent (owned by REA GROUP) while they take no responsibility for it. Make sure you say no to it. People must stand up against the extortion of corporations monopolising the market and having zero respect for consumers. PLEASE SAY NO. I'm sharing this important information to help people, because nobody knows until it's too late. They make it easy for you get into it, and impossible for you to get out of it, unless you sell your property under market value out of desperation, which is a terrible situation to be in, and they will pressure you to sell fast under market value because they care more about their statistics of keeping their numbers of fast sales high, than about you as a person and all the work you have done to bring up your property to what it is today. Please make sure the agents explain the terms and conditions of everything, which they will tell you they don’t know, but they should know before they push you hard into it, once you sign up, it will be too late, they will take your peace away and do everything to exploit you as much as they can. Nobody should be exploited when we are just trying to sell our properties for whatever reason,  which is usually ultimately to make life better, not do add headaches, stress and sleepless nights like it happened to me. I still feel very sick with the whole situation, with anxiety attacks and chest pain from the terrible stress caused by the experience dealing with real estate agents and CampaignAgent, nobody deserves this. Deserves Zero Stars, if that were an option. I have complained about many inaccurate and illegal wording in adverts created by Real Estate Agents that are posted on this website. The REA Group's Complaints Department NEVER deigns to respond to my written complaints regarding these adverts. This lack of response leads me to believe that this is just a huge conglomerate that aids, supports and enables the poor, inept and unprofessional conduct of Real Estate Agents. (As if they needed any help falling under that low bar of standards!)

Guys your website is horrible (same as Domain). Why don’t you have more filters ? For example I can’t choose built year of the house, why I have to see 100 year old houses ? There is no option to view houses / townhouses without body corporate. Please add more filters to the search !!!!
