No customer service .. keep changing what they want depending who you speak too .. send out wrong forms .. call centre based in Phillipines .. will not assist you in any way .. no empathy

Horrendous, hours on the phone to update details, weeks to sell my shares overwhich time it has lost significant value, and the extortionate charges for which there is no accountability. I have and would recommend anyone email ASIC and to their member of parliament to hold share registries like computershare to account.

It is the season of miracles and after two months,three phone calls and finally a pleading letter,it happened,i received an express post letter just after xmas with my request for a SRN so i can sell delisted shares Please improve your systems computer share,we maybe small fish in your eyes however we deserve respect and professional service

I strongly do not recommend this company. They were unable to sell my shares because my first name contained a space, which is an absurd technical issue. After multiple calls to their contact centre, I received no resolution and was simply told to use a broker instead — with no empathy or genuine effort to help. Avoid doing business with Computershare if possibl

The worst. They insist on mailing codes and statements that never arrive, so then you can't validate your account, so they can't tell you if they mailed the information that you need in order to validate the account to get the account number or access code that you need in order to pull up the account to see if they mailed you the information you need before you can access your account. This endless loop goes on and on and on. This is a major reason to NOT buy Disney stock or any other stock that they handle.
