Good luck to you if you ever stay or work near to their construction site. Had their vehicle knocked and punctured onto our water barrier which was designed to protect footpath pedestrian and alfresco area. The driver was warned by all but he proceeded to make the turn anyways regardless of people waving to him. We almost got knocked over. Spoke to site manager, Michael about rectifying the damaged water barriers, replacing it asap. And told him that the vehicle should not turn without a guide. He was not helpful and unprofessional with having to endure expletive laden harsh words from him. Told us to resolve it with the driver, and cut off his phone without even giving us the detail of that driver company. Don't think it is right to just pass off the responsibility to the contractor company. This was their Queens Place, A'Beckett construction site. Good luck to you if you ever stay near to one of Multiplex construction site.

Currently living in Australia 108, and the builders of this building clearly did not do the job properly. Building is managed well, but almost every night we hear loud creaking in the walls of our apartments. Windows aren't closing properly and even just small things such as hinges aren't fully tightened. I'm sorry, but take some actual pride in your work? great building, terrible builders Edit: they have a resolution team. Okay great, so multiplex come to fix an appartment after a complaint is logged. Well that's great, but I strongly recommend never using this company because if you hire a builder you would want the job to be finished the first time! Not half done, and then revisited after every complaint. I'll be buying soon, and when I do I'll be making sure the appartment wasn't built through multiplex.

Multiplex got some good trees on the rooftop garden, these trees caught my drone in the strong wind. Although my drone is crushed, but I still get my drone back after 3 days when they eventually back into business, absolutely 5 stars.

EQ Tower which has been recently completed by Multiplex is a perfect example of their poor building standards. Videos are available on Youtube of various Maintenance Issues. Their team donot even respond to the Defects raised by Owners and completely ignore. Missing signage on each floor, torn carpets, creaking sounds, rattling aircons are just some of the common issues. Avoid Multiplex and their team at all costs.

Multiplex. On behalf of residents of Southbank we would like an apology for the past 2 years of early works, late works, blocked off streets and paths, swearing from your builders, excessive noise and late night machinery particularly at Southbank place.
