I worked with Hacer Group on a number of projects during my time as an architect and was consistently impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Their team always demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for everyone involved in the project. What stood out most was their collaborative approach and willingness to work constructively with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve issues and maintain quality throughout the build process. Based on my experiences working with them, I would highly recommend Hacer Group.

A complete lack of regard for local residents. I have lived near construction before, the Hacer team are the worst I have ever experienced. Work is meant to commence at 7 am, but every day it gets earlier and earlier. I have consistently put up with noise from as early as 6:10am. They leave trucks idle, and proceed to have a loud unnecessary conversations over the noise. Double brick, double glazing and earplugs aren’t enough to drain out the drivel and laughter from these inconsiderate brutes. A 7 am start 6 days a week is bad enough. It should not be my responsibility to keep a bloody logbook of all the noise either, so don’t get the council to send me another one - just stick to your start time. It’s not a big ask.

Avoid engaging with this company at all costs! They do not finish projects, refuse to replace defects! Absolute disgrace to the Australian building industry. Also if you do a simple Google search of the individuals who have given positive reviews you will see they are employees 😂 How pathetic!!! Mr Goodlass you are the perfect example

Purchased new property, toilet would not flush after 1 year and 2 months then Hacer refused to replace toilet or provide manufacturer details. Did not even offer to inspect. Then had to pay a plumper to replace it so I could use toilet at property which is 1 years old. Otherwise could not even use a toilet at a property need to go outside shops etc, apparently this company does not care. The builders had cut corners and merely glued toilet to the wall resulting in further issues. The worker at Hacer took no responsibility for Hacer, no follow up support or empathy displayed truely a person who is only interested in shareholder pockets, only good for lack luster workmanship and no regard for purchases.

Sent them MULTIPLE emails regarding building faults and never heard back. If you are using Hacer as a developer you picked the right company as they don't care about the residents who live there and you will get your cheque. Do NOT buy property built by Hacer unless you want to pay from your pocket due to their shotty builds
