I read that review by an employee of a store and I thought I would add my 2 cents.....our customers love the product. We stock their tile so I can't say anything to their order process. The product lines are up-to-date and very picky on their quality. Stonepeak and others have great designs too but FL runs a tight ship on quality.

This company & it’s distributors need to update their website catalogs and not display discontinued items as available.
