Absolute class operation. You can tell this is a Fortune 500 company by the way they send Randy out in a gleaming late-model tandem axle box truck, freshly wrapped in corporate livery, to cruise the industrial parks asking if anyone has pallets they don't need. The truck probably cost more than my house. Real white-glove service. What I love most is the strict quality standards. They will NOT take your weird pallets. You got a 42x42? Keep it. A half-pallet from a specialty chemical shipment? Sir this is a Wendy's. Standard 48x40 GMA spec only, as befitting an organization that files a 10-K with the SEC every year. Randy himself is a delight. He'll pull up, size up your stack from the cab, shake his head slowly at anything non-standard, and drive off with exactly the pallets he wanted, which happened to be yours, for free. Incredible negotiating posture from a company with seventeen vice presidents of supply chain optimization. Truly inspiring to see an enterprise of this scale show such scrappy, bootstrapped energy when it comes to not paying for pallets. Five stars. I will absolutely be donating my standard GMA pallets to their shareholders again next quarter.

I am the owner of Diamond Design & Construction LLC, based in Oklahoma. I visited your facility after attempting to contact your team approximately 3 times by email regarding opening a dealership account and obtaining samples for my showroom. Unfortunately, no representative has visited my showroom, which reflects poorly on the level of professionalism I expected. When I arrived at the gate, security contacted someone on my behalf, but I was ultimately turned away without anyone taking a moment to speak with me. I drove from Oklahoma specifically to resolve this matter and obtain samples, and I left disappointed by the lack of communication and support.

This company seems to falling apart. I would not recommend this company as a vendor. Skids are always broken materials are damn near always damaged, wrong color, wrong quantity. I would suggest this company look into their warehouses an find out what's going

Entrance is off of Buckner for pu/del. Right turn into gate just before c f hawn. There's a pretty big sign saying semi truck entrance only for daltile. Trucks stay left for guardshack.
