Walmart had 7 hours to fill & deliver my order tonight. I then received a mix of emails. 1)Delayed taking longer 2)Your delivery will not be tonight. Reschedule or cancel then 3 minutes later I get #3) 4 items shipped, you're delivery will be delivered soon. I finally rescheduled. That's unacceptable. It would be extremely awesome if we could speak to someone locally or at least stateside one of the many problems w/ the app occurs. WM is more concerned w/ data collection than actually fixing the app. Reviews show that. CS is a joke. The language barrier w/ every single agent is UNREAL. Speaking fast w/ broken English, Questions & sentences ran together repeatedly, etc. Sparky is useless & you can't reach out to the local store in which you ordered bc they have no idea. ~~I realize it's cheap labor, but you could hire disabled ppl to field inbound calls remotely. Even part-time during store hrs~~ Walmart.org says you're dedicated to strengthening communities. Is that limited to donating food that's 1 wk past the exp to food banks? The app should have location preference toggle button. When shopping online for food or common items, I do not want to order from anywhere other than the local store I chose. It's pretty deceptive to not make clear or even offer a bottle of ibuprofen 2,000 miles from here. Yes, it happened. The new privacy policy should be ILLEGAL. I'll to keep it uninstalled between orders. WM may run things here in Arkansas, but WM isn't God or my Mama. I do not want you keeping tabs on me! That's TERRIFYING. Even though you already collected it, you don't need my biometric identity or anything else. It's just CREEPY. Also, I'd take my portion of the sales in WM cash. Thank you.

I find it very disappointing Walmart is getting rid on the hart tools. I have bought several hart tools. Trimmers, polesaws, chainsaws, running saws, drills, impacts you name it. I've spent thousands because they were a good quality tool. I liked them because they were made by this the same company that makes milwaukee, royobi, skill, ridgid etc. For my professional use I buy snap-on, mac, Cornwell, sthil etc. I liked the hart brand for home use. There are a lot of people I know that are diehard milwaukee, makita, dewalt, royobi. They have all bought hart tools to keep at home, so they can leave their tools locked up in there toolbox & work site. I think you are making a big mistake removing hart tools. Im my opinion everything hyper tough I have bought is garbage & the warranty is worthless. I guess you dont want to sell quality. I can buy hart & use same tool, same batteries all year round & they will last for 5 years & never disappoint. I can by a hyper tough tool & burn it up in a matter of hours. Than when I try to return they won't refund or exchange. I guess your making profit when customers have to buy the same tool 3 times in a day to finish a job. I'll spend $300 on a milwaukee tool that is dependable before I buy a $50 piece of garbage that's going to cost me time & money.

I would give no stars if available, I took a job at Walmart for the OPD department it was only part time with the opportunity to go full time which after working 3 months I still wasn't offered full time, this company makes money hand over fist and you mean to tell me that they can't give their employees enough hours of work a week to live on, I have had to sell my belongings just pay my electric bill and buy groceries, Walmart doesn't care about it's employees and they don't care about their customers. Walmart has the ability to pay their employees a decent wage but would rather keep you in the poor house and have you work every damn day even pick up shifts on your off days just to get enough hours to get by on and even that isn't enough.

I’m disabled so when I purchased a 75 inch tv I got the installation service. Like others I was rescheduled three times then cancelled altogether. I called Walmart and was told they have no control over a third party. I paid Walmart for the services nothing. So I told the Duncan Oklahoma Walmart manager to come pick it up. He told me he can’t do that. They delivered it so it could be picked up but Walmart won’t. They could!!!’ Last time I looked Walmart is a huge company. Dear Walmart. You lost my business after 60 years.

If I could have gay a zero I would have. Walmart has changed drastically. I'm sure Sam Walters is turning over in his grave. You have no way of contacting anybody in the corporate office if need be, and I think that's a shame when they taking the customer's money it's no problem but if a customer needs to speak with somebody in the corporate office you can't do it. And when you send the emails to where they tell you to send them you get no reply. I might have to spend a little bit more with Target but that's why I'm a shop from now on.
