The pharmacists and the techs are very professional, pleasant and helpful BUT the wait time is extraordinary long and time consuming. My physician ordered one (1) Benadryl pill for me. When I came to pick it up, it was $11.50 (again for 1 pill). The price OTC is $6.99 for 48 pills and 40% off the second box. This is outrageously ridiculous. Walgreens deals do not apply for all. I don't use Benadryl since I take Allegra (fexofenadine), non-drowsy over-the-counter antihistamine. I landed up buying one box and now stuck with 47 pills that I hardly ever use or will use. Waste of money and medications that at the end one lands up throwing away or put in the medication disposal stand. A box of 30 Finger Cots is $9.99 whereas other stores / pharmacies it is at least 40% less for bigger quantity. Costco, CVS, Walmart and Private Pharmacies and even Amazon, are much much much cheaper than Walgreens. Thank you for your attention.

Pharmacy couldn’t find my meds after they said it’s ready for hours. I witnessed them going through the bins for a good 10 mins at the drive through when the line is all the way back to the entrance. Then they realized that they aren’t even ready, they were mixing them on the spot. Absolutely insane. If your flagship store by the Corp operates like this maybe it’s time for leadership to do an audit or training??

Walgreens are generally not great but this one stands out as particularly bad. Rude and unhelpful staff. Special mention to the Pharmacist Lena — such a lovely combination of condescension and incompetence. Go to CVS.

My husband and I recently visited the Walgreens vaccination center to get our shots. The entire process was super smooth - we checked in, filled out the paperwork, and got our vaccines in a flash. We could’ve been out in 15 minutes, but instead, they handed us three coupons for 20% off each vaccine we got. So, we went shopping and saved ourselves a whopping $70! That’s a 25% discount, and it was a huge deal for us. Thanks so much for your awesome incentives! And the check out people are awesome
